Come along to the AGM

THE Annual General Meeting of the SFWA will take place in the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, 36 Cambridge Street, Glasgow, on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at 7pm for 7.30pm.

Please note, anyone wishing to table a motion has until Tuesday, August 20 to inform the secretary in writing (although points for discussion which do not require a vote can be tabled up to 48 hours before the meeting and there is always an Any Other Business section).

Secretary John McGarry and Mark Guidi are standing down from the committee at the AGM and we already have nominations for Alison McConnell and Gavin McCafferty to come on board (this is voted on the night).

 It is also the completion of Stephen Halliday’s three excellent years as President.
